  April 3, 2008 - Madeira @ Plumpjack's (San Francisco): Medium caramel colored. Some VA. Complex, nice bitterness, some brown butter. Really fans out on the finish. Tangy, savory and spicy. Lingering and gorgeous, with an exotic wintergreen note.
