Closing

Alltogether it was a very enjoyable tasting. Eli Ben-Zaken himself led the tasting. The 2000 & 2003 were classical old-world wines. (2001 was corky, 2002 was the worst of the winery's history). 2004 was the bridge between new to old world. 2005-2007 are high potential wines that require further aging.
