Fresh and lively, honeysuckle, exotic. Got better with 2nd and 3rd glass. Washed down well with "fa diu" crab noodle.

Decanted for an hour. Nice nose of framboise and kirsch. Dense and chewy on the palate. The fizzy dirt of previous bottle less obvious but still feel I got a less than perfect batch. Lets hope it will improve with time.
