Ripe apple. Wooly like a chenin but without the extreme acid of a chenin. Call it medium acid? Nice wine, especially for the price.

Way better than my previous bottle of this wine. On the nose - Floral, medium ripe yellow apple with hint of tropical fruit. Medium freshness and lingering finish. Very enjoyable. Drink now.

Red fruited with decent grip. However it's still a bigger wine and there remains some new oak that need to be integrated. Pairs will with a robust dish - we had it with a tomahawk ribeye and enjoyed it.

Consumed with lots of bottles on a Sunday funday. It held up. Acidity was decent. Clearly cali but refined. Drink these young if you want them to pop.

Pretty nose. Palate lacks some of the chalky, chiseled expression of chablis. Hot vintage. Rounder and not as much acid as I’d like - (again) the vintage. Tasty but would seek out ‘17 and ‘20 for fresher wines.

I've enjoyed Dujac's reds. I regularly drink the village MSD and have several of their GC's laying down. This is my first time trying a white from the domaine and unfortunately this bottle missed the mark. Ripe apple was the predominant flavor instead of my preferred lemon oil profile. It lacked minerality. There was a certain energy under all the ripe fruit and wood but it still didn't work for me.

For what it lacks in generosity of fruit, it makes up for with minerality and brightness. Good energy and freshness.

Disjointed on day one. Light bodied, not much flavor, slight vegetal smell. Day 2 was much better. Sour red fruit, brown spice, better depth.

Round, ripe, yellow apple. Hint if spearmint on the palate. This wine doesn’t have the acid or stuffing to go much longer. Would have been better to drink this closer to release.

Dark cherry and spice (cinnamon). Medium body and acid. Depth and length is excellent for a village wine and for the price isn't that what we should expect. Really like this.

Typical BDX. Dark fruit and cedar. Drank nicely with a 2 hour decant. tannins e not too intrusive. Flavor was still quite primary. Hope it develops more complexity with bottle age.

Deep yellow color. Melon, yellow apple. Nose was great and the wine was delicious. Palate wasn’t that vibrant. Most of the acid has gone out of this wine so I wouldn’t recommend with food. However it is great by itself.

Everything is a little dialed back when compared to its Loire counterparts. Not as wooly, not as funky, not as many base, yellow apple notes. I liked the reserved quality of this wine. Very well done.

Rich, ripe apple that leans into some tropical flavors, hazelnut, butterscotch. Gaining maturity and showed a slightly oxidized character. Could have used more acid to cut through the richness.

Rustic, plummy, medicinal. Not great. Had this a couple of years ago and enjoyed it more.

I corked half the bottle and put it in the fridge overnight. Just had another glass and it’s settled down. Much better. Lost the plum and the medicinal qualities. Makes me think that bottle age will sort this out. Tastes like decent although darker fruited pinot noir.
