Dark Ruby with moderate tearing. Heady earthy aroma which is accompanied by some vanilla hint and medium tannins and significant 20 second codalie. Nice overall fruit and probably peaking in 2020.

Solid Bordeaux. Not quite a chateau but paired up well with meat. Now is a good time to drink.

Deep Ruby with rust development. The scent is that of Blueberry pie inside a wine-vat. Taste continues with gentle and beautiful taste, no complications, no complexity nor arduous tannin. This wine is made to drink in big quantities - a personal favorite and ready now

This wine is a perfect Pinot effort from Napa - sweeter than the brethren in Europe. It is satisfying with or without food. Perfectly drinkable now.

A bit rusty and brown at first. Initial whiff a bit like manure and wild. Taste is improving - with customary strawberry jam but a bt challenging with some tannins (mid Pinot). A nice wine to serve with food or have as accompaniment (in) coq au vin.
A farily good Burgundy - not a star, however

An interesting artefact and amazing historic value as I was 13 when this was bottled and in junior high school in Sweden /Playing Dungeons and Dragons. Sediments abound cloudy at best. Fairly good balance despite age thanks to the structure with a bit of a tainted "smokey" flavor. The cork held up (miraculously). This wine was probably best 2 decades ago

Deep colour. Straightforward smell of creamed strawberries. Taste enhances the experience and adds a medim level of tannins. THe codalie is for 20 seconds. Nice wine. Drinks well until 2016

Just not my taste in wine. Round smell and aroma. Deep taste of grape, meaty with lacing of pepper and strawberry. Some tannin but not deafening. Good wine but it does not appeal greatly to me

An amazingly beautiful colour of medium red to gaze at with strong tearing. Aroma of berries struck with earthy notes of cellar and musk. Clearing taste of the wine opens up nicely with hints of mushroom together with bright tones of fruit and berries. Slightly reminiscent of Rioja with medium tannin-level. This wine will continue into 2017

Lovely dark garnet with significant tearing. Aroma clear and cleansing with hints of dark forest fruit - blackberry and black cherry. The taste accentuates the aroma and multiplies the forest elements and adds the minerality of and nuance of graphite and flint so prevalent in Pauillac. A loverly wine that will continue to perform into 2018.

The best rose champagne around. Smooth, perfectly balanced, nice effervescence with clear hints of strawberry intertwined with a dash of kir. Too expensive for what it is but clear market-maker and category -leader. You just can't go wrong.

This wine was turning into something more historical/science experiment. The strawberry jam taste had disappeared and in its place a muskier aroma that was nice but had altered the wine's true spirit. Probably 8 years to old when had and past prime in 2005. Still a interesting object

edium ruby with good larmes. Fresh grassy aroma with a hint of cedar and evergreens (pine). The taste is fairly minerally with hints of flint and mulch-chips/eucalyptus with final aroma alluring and multi-layered. This enigmatic wine has some new taste-elements unexpected (possibly not welcomed) in a Bordeaux including tastes of wet pelt/fur. Although entering into a new phase, the wine possesses some strengths and tannins still holding up to 2015 under good storage.

Gorgeous pale garnet with medium tearing. Sharp, fresh penetrating aroma composed of berries, pepper and soil. Taste is a perfectly balanced with a start of a secondary decline due to age. This wine has held up fairly well, tastes better after sitting open for 2 hours and is clearly drinkable right now. Wait no further.

Lovely tearing and plum-prune color. Big aroma of forest, cedar and a hint of benign moss. The taste takes you up to heaven, uncovering sophisticated blackberries, raspberries, chewy tobacco and firm tannins in 23 second Codalie. This wine is a winner. Keep it longer if you can - up to 2018. Drinking well and a bit young in 2013
