Legit rim variation. Mint, herbs, a little dirt on the nose. Lovely blue fruit on the palate. Tannins still pretty firm. Medium+ dryness. High acid. Soft, long, dry finish that makes me wish I saved a meal for it, haha.

Classic Cabernet color. Nose has some warmth to it, blue fruit, maybe a little bit of menthol and greens. Fairly smooth at first, and opens up nicely. Tannins are softer than expected, but dryness was high. Lovely acidity. Great mouthfeel, almost coating like a chocolate bar. Baking spices. Looking finish.

Lovely ruby color. Definitely still getting those menthol notes, a bit of pepper, maybe some red fruit and a bit of jamminess. Tannins are very present but not overwhelming. Medium+ dryness. Medium+ tannin. Good acidity. Plums and raspberry on the palate. Pretty long finish.

Really lovely on day one. Even better on day two. Wonderful menthol ban the nose, along with cherries and some more dark fruit. Solid, yet calm, tannins. Medium acidity.

Not quite as off-dry as I expected. Really lovely blend. Flowers, grass, and a bit vegetal on the nose. Pretty classic Viognier vibe on the palate, with a clean finish with a hint of honey. Dig it.

A bit astringent and random at first, but opened up nicely.

Cola color, blatant signs of age. Raspberries, cola, leather on the nose. Vibrates the tongue up front, still has some great acidity, along with soft tannins. Black cherry. Way longer finish than expected. Fun purchase, went very well with a lamb ragù.

Definitely a bit more dosage than I'm into but a lovely bottle nonetheless. Cool and crisp on the nose with floral notes for sure. Clean, soft bubbles and a hint of green on the finish.

Honestly one of my favorite Conflicts in a few years. Herbs, red, and blue fruit on the nose. Smooth on the palate, medium tannins, nice dryness. Berries and blue fruit. Nice and cool all around. Lovely softness from the Merlot.

Color is a little deceiving on this unpacked gem. A little herby on the nose, lovely balance on the palate, and a great finish. Such a curious blend of grapes but I'm here for it. More texture than I expected, approaching the lanolin-ness of Chenin Blanc. Tropical fruits abound.
