Frank Cisneros was the General Manager and winebuyer of 2 years for COUNTER restaurant in the East Village of Manhattan. Counter's list of nearly 300 premium organic and biodynamic wines garnered the award of excellence from both Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast for both years of his tenure. Frank Cisneros is currently pursuing a Sommelier certification from the Sommelier Society of America. When not enjoying and studying wine, Frank Cisneros produces events and writes about craft and organic beer and spirits.
