Decanted for 1 hr. Had with Bistecca Florentine, Broccili, and squash. Smooth and very little tannins. One of the better 03's we have had.

Decanted for 1 hour. Had with Itailian meat, white chedder, Jarlesburg,Emmenthaler, small pizza slices. Great wine. Smooth with a hint of tannins. Normal good dark berry fruits dominate the wine. Hint of chocolate and that ever present cigar box scent top it off. Great wine.

Very smooth and good flavors. Probably could have opened more before we drank it. Had it with Spinach salad, New York Strips, and sweet potatoes. Would buy again.

This was the last bottle of one of our favorite 'low priced' wines. This 2000 Liberty School was over produced. Anything before 2002 is terrific. This was so smooth and great cab flavor. The nose was something my wife and I looked at each other and proclaimed "We need more!". We have loved this wine from the day we bought it for $11.
