August 4, 2014 - Decanted for 30 minutes. We loved the nose and recognized it as a stunning zin from the get go. Dark, deep berry. Same on entry, mid palate and finish. Brings some dark berry spice along for the ride. This is chewy, tasty and a wonderful wine for the price.

April 3, 2014 - Tobacco & spice & earthy. Strong forward taste which softened after 20 minutes in the glass. More mellow as wine aged in glass. Paired well with mild cheese. Fruit tones showed & stayed throughout the time we drank. Great time to be drinking this wine!

September 7, 2013 - Wonderfully smooth with subtle acid. Ripe fruits with touches of tobacco.

April 16, 2013 - I've written on this wine before. I'm crazy about it.

What I want to add is: we noticed with this last bottle that the taste was smoother and richer on the second day.

January 26, 2013 - Bursting with jammy blackberry fruit. Classic zin with a lot style. Nice finish. Drinking well now.
