Tasted: Nov 2012
Medium salmon pink, soft orange reflections, fine mousse. Delicate floral undertones of red fruit of the forest berries, a hint of candied violets, Rosolio, orange zest. Juicy texture, nuances of fresh apricots, a dash of strawberry jam, coruscating refined acidity, conveying a good balance and length with discreet expressiveness on the finish, resonating nuances of oranges. A rosé Champagne worth noting.
