November 4, 2017 - Still in a perfect shape. Improves with air. Dry, crisp and quite long.

May 14, 2016 - Pale. No signs of age. Very dry, straight stuff that finishes a bit short.

March 27, 2016 - Pale gold. Prominent kerosene, apple strudel. When you taste this wine, there lots of intense ripe crab apple flavours, bone dry, wonderful streak of minerality and extremely long finish. This is class in a glass.

August 7, 2015 - Clear, pale, lemon with a golden tinge.
The nose is clean, of medium (-) intensity, developing, with notes of lemon and elderflower, with background honey and kerosene.
The palate is dry, of medium (+) acid, medium (-) alcohol, medium (-) body, medium flavour intensity, with lemon and elderflower notes along with some honey. The finish is medium at best, and whilst well balanced there is an overall lack of concentration.
The wine is good, with good typicity, and balance, though is held back by its length and lack of intensity.
The wine should be drunk now, and may suffer from further ageing as the primary fruit dies away.

March 24, 2013 - I really enjoyed this wine. Vintage is showing very well. Classic restrained Alsatian minerality. Not a great wine, but very nice as an aperitif and even better with simple seafood canapes. Bits of lime and apple, steely minerality with hints of flint. Good acidity keeps you reaching for the next glass.
