August 20, 2016 - Fine classic champagne feeling on the nose. Bread, red berries.
Taste is medium+ bodied, with great red apple fruit, some raspberrie, nice mousse, long and balanced. A great and food-friendly champagne, wish I had more! -

May 21, 2016 - Nice wine at the end of its peak. Maybe possible to cellar a year or two more, but I wouldn't do that. If not of course you like overcellared champagne with less fruit and more oxidized flavors.
The wine looks yellow gold colored. It smells like lemon, raisin, honey, sherry, bready and apple. It tastes like lemon, apple and sherry. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.2 people found this helpful Comment -
