December 14, 2014 - I have to disagree with some of the other tasting notes. The bottle had great acidity and some complexity to the palate. It was light in color making us fear that it was very thin. On the contrary it had good body and weight. The structure was nice and firm with a solid background of tannins. If someone is looking for a fruit bomb than this is not the bottle for you. It was shared among three serious wine drinkers and we all enjoyed it.

August 17, 2014 - A little disappointed in this wine. Light fruit and a bit astringent with big tannins for a Pinot. Not sure if more time will help. Finished last in a 9 person 4 Pinot blind tasting. 1st 2011 Hirsch Sonoma Coast Reserve, 2nd 2011 Atticus WV, 3rd 2011 Martinelli Moonshine Ranch.

July 17, 2013 - 4th Annual Pinot Extravaganza with Salmon Dinner (Eugene, Oregon): Did Not Enjoy this wine at all, Powdery Candy Fruit like a fun dip package, neeeded something, maybe time will turn this around I came back to this 3 times during the tasting to see if it would open up with air over the hours, nope2 people found this helpful Comments (3)
