September 13, 2016 - SL Birthday Dinner: Pineapple, tropical fruits, spice and slightly okay. Palate was very lively but lacks the acid i like for whites.

April 12, 2015 - Double Birthday Celebration for Fiona and Me - 2015 (Alex and Fiona's in AMK): Enjoyable, if not exactly top-notch. This had a lovely rich nose of ripe yellow fruit – pineapples I thought – along with a light dose of spice and something flowery at the edges. A sweet, summery nose, almost Macon-likes in its sunshiney tones. The palate carried on with that ripe and fruity tone, showing pineapples and musk melons at the fore, then a little touch of chalk, a tiny tail of mineral and a kiss of citrus peel towards the finish. This is a friendly and delicious Puligny; decently balanced enough, if just lacking a touch of precision for me. Good for drinking now.

December 31, 2014 - This needs about 30 min to kick into full gear. This has plenty of life left, at least 4 years. Burgundy Al's prior review is spot on. This is in prime with good balance. To knit pick, this lacks great delineation. Good value

December 20, 2013 - Served to me double blind. Lots of ripe and forward mostly orchard fruit with sweet spice and great underlying minerality and good acidity for the depth of fruit. Easily identified as Burgundy, I also thought this Puligny 1er based on the power and balance of fruit and structure with underlying energy. Alas I also thought this was several vintages younger. I have had very good fortune with Sauzet 1999s over the past few years.

November 2, 2013 - Very good white burg and a' point maintentant, a little bottle funk blew off after 15 mnutes and with warming this delivered a fine experience - earth, flowers, stones . If this bottle is representative, I would drink soon - this doesn't have the structure for long aging.
