October 4, 2017 - Checking in on the last of 3 here. Rich golden color to this one. Nose is a little tight, but showing some apricot, pineapple, green pear and apple, and saline which is predominant. Full body with a bit of that Rhone viscosity, medium acidity and finish, and flavors caramel green apple, pineapple, and mineral. Still drinking well, but there's a very slight hint of oxidation on the back end that I'm picking up that makes me think that I'd drink these over the short term if I had any more.

July 7, 2015 - Well, my second bottle of Rousanne/Viognier blend from North Coast California I have taken to events in the past few days. THis Sonoma was coincidentally at an event with a Pax label Syrah. This was one of the lighter, elegant whites, with yellow florals, lemon pith, apricot.
Initially a bit tight, then more giving, but never highly expressive.

I think it is past peak and would drink up sooner than later. 89-90-

May 29, 2015 - My final bottle and it is still drinking well, but not as well as it once did. This bottle is also showing some oxidation.

March 23, 2014 - Some GREAT wine swith friends (new and old) (Chris and Renee's Home): Light golden in color. The nose is not as nice as the Tablas. Slight aromas of pears, citrus and honey. A bit of a floral note. On the palate, however, this is drinking better. Excellent texture. Lot of fruit, pears and apricots, with some honeyed notes. Long finish. Drinking well right now, not sure where it goes from here.

March 18, 2014 - The nose on this one is more muted than my previous bottles. I still get the pineapple and dried flowers along with a waxy aroma though. Peach and hints of pineapple greet the palate as well as a saline component Trey pointed out in his note. The vibrant acidity I recall from my barrel sample has lessened a bit.

July 1, 2013 - dried flowers, pineapple, and sandalwood on the nose. the palate is more on the fruit side with a medley of white fruits and mouthwatering acidity.

June 14, 2013 - Straw yellow color. Nutty, bready, yeasty, saline, nose with some pineapple, papaya, and bees wax, and a touch of toasty oak. Full-bodied and viscous on the mouth, but restrained in style, with flavors of pineapple and saline, and medium acid and finish. Not blowing me away with complexity, but enjoyable with sushi.
