October 12, 2015 - Nice robust acidity. Slightly sweet aftertaste but just a hint. Crab apples, coriander, earl grey, Meyer lemon, and pear notes.

February 19, 2015 - Pop & pour. The nose shows some baked apple & a strong yeasty note. Medium bodied, balanced palate with some rich apple/pear notes along with a strong mineral streak. Clean & enjoyable with a smoked salmon spread. Could be more interesting with higher acid. Medium finish. Great QPR.

January 25, 2015 - Sweet apple bouquet and a crisp refreshing flavor with hints of guava and granny smith. Very short finish, but would be perfect for summer beach or patio sipping.

January 2, 2015 - A reliable budget bubbly, with a nice balance of tart acid, florals on the nose, and a dry herbal palate with a dollop of richness.
