April 30, 2017 - Well balanced. Nice round finish and very approachable right out of the bottle, but we still decanted for 45 minutes and it was worth the wait.

October 22, 2015 - This wine aged perfectly. Souverain was always a great value in Cabernet Sauvignon. Not sure if that still holds true.
