August 29, 2016 - Medium Ruby pale garnet/colorless rim, not so viscous given its 15.3abv. Pronouce aroma of fresh acacia flower, almost perfume like, bright red currant, prune, red cherry, ripe blackberrry then it comes with some underlying game, leather, mineral notes mixing with some vanilla, licorice, peppe and hint of oak.
On palate, similar mostly complex primary and a little secondary and teritary note. Medium+ body and acidity with obvious ripe soft tannins. Very intense while remaining elegant, layered seamless long finish with lingering flavour of fresh ripe grapes/grape skin. A harmonious GSM.

April 17, 2016 - Opened and poured. Great color - not real deep but nice red color. Very fruity with a wonderful balance and nice finish. Great wine.

November 4, 2015 - Moving in the right direction since our last bottle. No spritz, the tannins are settling down, and notes of lavender and iodine are emerging to complement the raspberries and chocolate notes. Smooth on the palate with a long finish. Nice...

October 4, 2015 - Same as prior note, did not need as long of a decant this time - 15 minutes was plenty. Fantastic wine.
