  December 25, 2017 - Wow, so much better than the first bottle we had 5-6 years ago. Great bubbles, light straw colored. Balanced acidity but notes of green apple and citrus. Very enjoyable bottle.

  June 5, 2016 - 10 years has served it well. bright citrus on the nose at opening. Rich & creamy palate. After opening up a bit, it took on a baked, green apple character.

  July 9, 2011 - Good yellow color with lots of bubbles, biscuits on the nose. Very yeasty with lots of lemon pie. Celebrating birthdays, very good!

  April 23, 2011 - relatively simple, uninspiring, lacking complexity. Tasted next to two champagnes of roughly similar price point, and that's where the difference really showed. Reminiscent of sparkling ginger ale. Am i being too harsh? I really though i would have liked this more.
