December 12, 2016 - Belle expression du Sauvignon sur ce 2006 (parait-il que les 05 sont moins bien) ou l'equilibre est de mise: aromatique et clinquant (pamplemousse confit, cédrat, poivre blanc), il a digéré son bois et se montre assez pur, tandis qu'en bouche, il s'est montré de plus en plus vibrant a mesure qu'il s'aérait. Sans aucune trace de fatigue, il etait frais en finale, salin, étiré.
