November 1, 2014 - Polished off my last bottle today. Drank it over the course of 2 days. Never decanted. Nice baking spice, and lots of raspberry. This wine has plenty of life left in it.

September 26, 2014 - This has improved since the first bottle I had. But it certainly still need air. The wine gains significantly after a few hours. Lots of red fruits, particularly cherries. In addition, some rose petals and hints of spices. Wish I had cases of this, I think it will develop further over the coming years.

September 10, 2014 - Nose: Wow has this wine come along! Aromas of moss, spice, underbrush, red fruits and cassis hints. Beautiful nose. Palate: Ripe, red fruits with rhubarb, watermelon and soft spices. The acidity of past bottles has tempered almost to a fault but other than that this wine is hitting on all cylinders. Finish is medium with a lingering element. Last bottle and just fantastic!

June 14, 2014 - Nice combination of red and black fruit with a delicious coating of soft vanilla tannins. Time has assisted in developing complexity. Much better than my previous bottle. Day 2 - Okay, but lacking compared to Day 1.

December 8, 2013 - Same rating as 10 months ago for different reasons. Same terrific deep cherry fruit but with more complexity. Nice spice, earth and vanilla notes for a Pinot noir. Soft tannins that drive a long finish that lingers in your mouth for 30+ seconds. This is a terrific wine for the money.

(Sojourn Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast) Dark cherry red color with 5 millimeter clear meniscus; floral, hibiscus, raspberry, ripe cherry, spice nose; tasty, silky textured, rich but poised, black cherry, ripe cherry palate, needs 1-2 years; medium-plus finish
