May 7, 2017 - Absolutely delicious - red fruit flavors, silky smooth. Faded next day however.

October 11, 2016 - Camphor and prune on the nose. On the palate, cranberry, raspberry, and notes of white pepper and rhubarb, with good acidity and faint alcoholic heat. Average to good value at a bit under $40. This didn't seem to be past its prime, but I wouldn't want to hold it much longer, either.

December 17, 2015 - Pretty good, lightish in color and body. Nice, spicy nose with moderate flavors of berry, pepper and a bit of prune. Some tannic and acidic backbone with a bit of finish.
