December 25, 2022 - PnP with spice-encrusted lamb chop “popsicles” as apps before Christmas dinner. No detailed notes. Smooth and flavorful. Nice spice. Got rave reviews from the crowd. Drinking great.

April 23, 2020 - A little roasted/raisiny at first taste. Begins to open up after an hour and the raisin note is replaced by red cherry and slight menthol.
