June 29, 2014 - Reserved flavors (herb and light cherry tones) as benefits this old world Pinot. Lively finish, however, and an overall feeling of structure. Worth the retail price (if not the mark up we had at Perry's - $140, jeez).

March 7, 2014 - Closed. Needs a whole re-animation team to get a little alive. A lot of air shows some potential. Give it time, 3 years or so. 86 point at this moment.

October 19, 2013 - “Mixed Bag of Burgundies II”-Tasting, Flight 2, Wine 2 (non-blind), in October 2013. 1/3 of the cork was soaked. The wine was medium ruby in colour and offered red fruit, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, cola, forest floor and a hint of smoke on the nose. On the palate the wine showed red fruit, cherry, raspberry, strawberry and hints of spices, paired with medium-level acidity, medium-level tannin and good length. A medium-bodied, rustic Pommard 2009 that showed better concentration and complexity than Jadot’s Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2010, but overall the complexity still was pretty limited.
