December 25, 2016 - Syrupy rich full bodied apricot with a shade of bitterness in keeping with the hints of orange peel. Well balanced with a long clean finish, a good advert for well made hunter valley botrytis.

December 4, 2012 - Medium amber, clear with some tearing. A clean, medium plus intensity, developing wine with aromas of dried oregano, apples, apricots and hints of orange peel and herb bread. In the mouth the wine is sweet, medium plus acid, no tannin, medium alcohol, medium plus body and flavour intensity with flavours of apricot, orange marmalade, herbs and finishes with notes of ripe apple on the long finish. okay.
