February 14, 2016 - Followed recommendations to allow at least one hour to breath. Dark garnet color, full bodied, very nice fruit, but not over powering. Soft tannins. Very good with food. Time to drink is now.

July 28, 2015 - decanted and let breathe for two hours. The wine opened up wonderfully and was a great complement to a pork chop dinner.
