June 11, 2022 - Médium deep gold color. Tertiary and metallic, interestingly almost dessert wine, on nose. Dry, medium acidity, palate follows through (short). Medium body. Good balance. Short finish.

April 16, 2021 - Brought this to Wakanui Grill Dining to celebrate a birthday with my university mates. We had grilled octopus, Hokkaido scallops, Red Snapper Carpaccio, spring lamb chop, and grass-fed fillet.

Dark gold in colour with an oily flint on the nose. On the palate the primary fruity notes have faded, leaving behind dried peaches, kamquat, lots of nuts, bell pepper and olives. Dry finish with a lingering aftertaste.

Wine has past its prime. Do drink up soon.
