January 10, 2016 - Decanted for about an hour at a local steakhouse. Was absolutely brilliant. Beautiful expressive nose and an explosive palate. These wines are brilliantly made and a pleasure to drink.

May 15, 2015 - Full, fruity, flavorful. Smells great, drinks smooth with long legs and a long finish. Truly outstanding.

January 5, 2015 - This isn't my favorite Fairchild- which means it's still a top notch wine. It's a bit closed now, like a lot of 2008 wines I think it still needs a couple years. Heavy with oak tanin, but wonderful dark fruit that just isn't yet ready to explode like it will soon.

December 27, 2013 - can't say this did that much for me...seemed kind of simple, big and fat...others seemed to enjoy more
