September 14, 2014 - Didn't seem to age well. OK, but nothing special

August 8, 2014 - CdP from the Central Coast. Complex, round and fresh. The wine is a seductive blend of Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache that has muscle yet delicate notes of orange peel and smokey red fruits. Best wine of a great tasting.

July 12, 2014 - I opened this at our 7/12/14 brisket dinner / Mourvedre tasting. Because of its youth, I poured it through a vinturi into a decanter and let it sit for 3 hours prior to tasting. It had rich, ripe, bright bouquet of cherry, raspberry, cola and spice aromas. The palate was rich, ripe and fresh with good lift and flavors that followed the nose. 92+
