March 25, 2011 - The packaging is lovely. But for this price, I was expecting more character. The acidity is incredibly high, so I will say it's too young. It isn't bad by any means, but this is encroaching on champagne prices without delivering as much as a vintage champagne. [Cork + cage; 12.5% abv; Marks & Spencer, £16.99]
