December 19, 2020 - not the best but surprisingly drinkable for a wine that's supposed to be 10 years past it's window I couldn't imagine a shiraz from 2007 being that bad

March 23, 2011 - Clear deep ruby with medium rim. lean nose of medium intensity that is fully developed. First off I get a really off putting blast of nasty vegetal smoke like dried grass being burnt & it never really leaves me. Below that the fruit emerges, black fruit marmelade, herbs & medicinal notes. Dry, medium + alcohol, flavour intensity, tannins & body. Medium acidity. Some fruit, spice & vegetality on the palate. Acceptable
