    January 13, 2015 - Not as enjoyable as I remember the last bottle. Nose seemed muted, even after the second day. Flavors of dark cherry, sandalwood, and herbs were very faint.

    February 16, 2013 - This was a solid Cab that I drank too fast, and thus this might've merited another 1-2 pts on my rating. After 30 minutes, this really opened up nicely. I prefer Pepi's winemaking style. This ain't a RP fruit bomb with 16 percent alcohol. It's subtle and elegant. It was very good with the salami and cheese we paired it with.

    January 18, 2013 - This was a nice one day wonder Cab. although not for $50. Started right out of the bottle with a fine fruit forward one dimensional Blackberry, cassis palate but never really came alive. Day two, there was a big dropoff in flavor and finish. it was finished.
