October 27, 2012 - Time has take the edge of this one a bit, drinking great now... don't wait any longer. Cheers.
September 14, 2012 - Perfect wine for summer in south Florida! Paired well with clam appetizer.
July 3, 2012 - I like this a lot. Beautiful shell pink/orange color, slightly more saturated than L'Aventure's Estate Rosé, which is also a lovely hue. Aromas of Quince and tangerine. In the mouth, just a little tart and nicely so, sweet citrus: ripe tangerine and red grapefruit., some pineapple. (With grilled salmon, grilled sweet potatoes and fresh snap peas.)
June 8, 2012 - Sad to be out of this, as good as rose gets
June 5, 2012 - Weighs in at 14.3% abv, a cuvee of Mouvedre, Grenache and Syrah. Lovely, tart nose of tangerine and grapefruit rind, with light red fruit notes in the background. On the palate, sharp and clean, delivering zesty citrus acid with a fresh creaminess that comes through on the 30 second chalk and tangerine zest finish. A gorgeous summer rose.
February 11, 2012 - Great rosé. Lots of tart crunchy red fruits. Good acidity keeps this crisp and snappy. Good length on the clean finish. More of a traditionally styled rosé than I'm used to finding from Paso and the better for it. Great food wine.
January 30, 2012 - Lovely Paso Robles Rhone blend Rosé. Watermelon, fresh cut hay, and strawberries, with some citrus over a crisp, yet smooth mineral-acid backbone. Let this one sing at around cellar temperature to really enjoy the perfume!
October 29, 2011 - I agree with tp096255 that this is best served at 50 degrees. He was also correct that there are going to be some tartrate crystals.
October 25, 2011 - Pleasantly tangy Rose. No notes taken.
August 7, 2011 - A solid rhone rose.
