September 9, 2019 - Getting a little old, brandies cherries and decaying fruit. Still got a lot tannins though.
February 5, 2019 - still full bodied great flavor berry chocolate amazing with Filet
August 6, 2018 - Fresh. Tasters have been noting that they expect the wine was nearing or past its peak since 2012, but it just keeps cruising. Beautiful, with plenty of fruit and tannins well integrated. Drinking great despite its advanced age.
April 10, 2017 - Surprised how good this was. I thought it would be over the hill and oxidized, but still had some fruit and structure. I wouldn't wait much longer to drink, but enjoy it!
December 25, 2014 - Way better than I thought it'd be. I thought it would be past its prime, but it was so balanced. Perfect. Chocolate notes throughout. Loved it.
March 8, 2013 - The tannins and fruit have settled, but tasted better than expected given the current tasting notes. Still enjoyable, but drink as soon as possible.
February 1, 2013 - It has run its path - and I would drink now. Lots of dark fruits - but tannins are pretty much gone.
November 11, 2012 - Tasty - but somewhat inbalanced. Dark fruits were great - tannins hidden very deeply in the finish. Drink this now!
August 1, 2012 - exceeded expectations (although I have good success w cooler 2000 vintage)... good length, fruit still plentiful and developed a bit of complexity
