April 20, 2024 - So I bought a cellar; 11/12/2022-12/31/2030: I’m really impressed by this. Opened with an ah so, and only moderately soaked cork. Nose of red fruit, but muted and light. Raspberry - maybe stewed - and other cooked berries, pie like, but not sweet. I had super low expectations, but this was nice. Certainly not improving, but if you have these, drink now with confidence.

January 27, 2021 - Still drinking well. Distinctly Rhone in style. Dense, ripe fruit. Cassis. Minimal tannin at this point.

August 10, 2019 - Loved this wine. Cork was definitely on it's last legs. A large amount of sediment. But filtered and decanted and it was just delicious. Still had good body, aged flavor to it. Definitely drink up soon.

May 1, 2015 - Earthy, currants, mushrooms, and tobacco on the nose. Good balance with dark berries on the palate. Medium finish. Nice mature wine, but not too complex.

March 26, 2015 - Clear garnet with no rim browning. Cherry, cedar, chocolate. Very low acids, medium to low tannins. Blackberry. Short slightly acidic finish. Double blind tasting.

May 11, 2010 - This wine had really smoothed out even though it was beyond the year recommended to drink. There was a higher sugar content in the wine.

September 18, 2009 - Decent but not great. Not a lot of balance,a little bitter on the finish.

March 18, 2008 - Starting to show some signs of age - slight brown around the edges. Good smooth finish, soft tannins.
