December 16, 2022 - Burly red cherry aromas and flavors, still slightly firm, but with good power and depth. Good now, some possible further upside from here if it doesn't dry out.

August 12, 2020 - TCA. What a pisser !!! Tried again on Day 2 because I couldn't give up on it. Slightly better but still dominated by Tomato like green stems & old cigarettes. There's a solid wine underneath all of that with a solid core of cherry ? fruit ? Agree with Burg Al's notes and I would give it another go for sure to see what an untainted bottle would present. I paid $27 recently and for that I wouldn't write it off.

May 11, 2020 - Lots of red cherry, some roasted meat. Still somewhat firm, but nearly balanced. Better and more harmonious today vs when last tasted two years ago.

June 14, 2018 - Red cherry and berry with good spice, moderate ripeness and some rugged tannins giving an imperfect balance.

November 14, 2016 - Red berry aromas and flavors with Asian five spice and dried herbs. Leaner styled with a tart and acidic edge I enjoyed far more with food than on its own. I haven't tasted this since just after release, but find the fruit less fun right now, but still wanting some more evolution. Probably better in another year or two.
