December 1, 2013 - Fantastic wine! Cherry and vanilla on nose. Cranberry, loganberry and cola on palate. The finish has tea and spice.

May 18, 2012 - Tasted second day open. A black cherry red that opens with dusty earthy aromas reminiscence of a old garden after a rain. A bit of tea and spice shows also. Delicate and reserved, with spice tea, faint blueberry, strawberry and moss. The relatively short finish detracts a bit from the overall experience, but a deftly done gentle old world presentation of the grape.

November 25, 2011 - Very delicate and refined. Old world. Great nose. Modest red berry. Damp earth. Surprisingly restrained. Wish that I had more!
