December 31, 2014 - Rich, creamy, lingering finish with med acidity to allow further aging. Well-made wine from a superb grower.

January 4, 2013 - 1st Wine Night 2013: Started around 45F, and followed over 6 hours.
Early on I caught pineapple, vanilla, truffle, and as this warmed up it's shown other flavors. One of the guests commented "Funkenbutter" :) A buttery nuttiness to it as it warms, almond, hazelnut? Does have an earthy funk to it...very nice.
Really enjoyed this...a very nice bottle that has plenty of life left, but drinking well now.
