July 5, 2022 - Pnp. Fulgt over to timer.

September 19, 2020 - Typical Cathiard and certainly very good for a village, but I preferred the 2005.
If you give this 3-5 more years, this wine could maybe ad a point (or maybe even two).

September 21, 2019 - Would never have guessed the producer here, as this is much more light on it's feet, en danseuse, than I remember Cathiard. The terroir speaks loudly here, it is concentrated but in a very discrete manner. Very clean fruit, some chalky notes, very lovely indeed

February 6, 2019 - PoB - Domaine Sylvain Cathiard Lunch (Hong Kong): Much softer than the 2005 Vosne Romanee Village next to it and also much more floral, elderflowers, blossom. This wine was captivatingly charming. Absolutely loved it.

August 30, 2018 - Opened for six hours before consumption. Oak, spice and black fruit on the nose. Not as powerful and expressive as the 10 VR. I think time will dissolve the oak. The cathiard structure was there. Clearly need more time, maybe at least 5 more years.

January 19, 2018 - Tasted it during a vertical SC wine dinner and this goodie did not make a strong impression among others.

August 7, 2016 - Integrated and improved in the last year. Forward nose of warm red fruits. Delicious juicy palate and a nice finish. Was a bit simple compared to the 1er cru next to it, but no less enjoyable. Has the fruit and structure to last several more years.

July 8, 2016 - Sommersmaking i Sandefjord del I / Norwegian summer night - BYO (Sandefjord): Klar, lys burgunder farge. Bravo, Cathiard!

July 6, 2015 - Consistent with other notes this showed obvious oak and some open fruit. Both are delicious in their own right but not integrated so will revisit in a couple years. Drank over 4 hours and did not come together by end of the night to warrant a higher rating, but I feel there is nice potential here.
