April 22, 2017 - Big sweet flavours. Stone fruit that later evolved to more tropical fruit. Still had the butterscotch notes running through as noted for previous bottles. Nice enough but not my preferred style of Chardonnay.

July 21, 2016 - Tropical fruit, a hint of butterscotch and a moderately oaky finish. Nice flavoursome wine though lacking in minerality
Drink up now I'd say. Although it should keep a while, I can't see how it'd improve -

January 28, 2015 - Interesting wine. Started off with stone fruits though ended the evening tasting of tropical fruits. Throughout this time, the wine wine remains fresh with a decent amount of acidity, a little oak and quite mineral driven. A nice drop of wine, especially for the price.
