Community Tasting Notes 4

December 5, 2011 - Randomly found this on K&L. was from a private collection. i wish i had bought both that were available. i only bought one. what a mistake. wonderfully refined with lots of tropical fruit (pineapple). deep and rich golden yellow. had a nice characteristic petrol on the nose like a good aged viognier but the florals came through. i am wanting more to see what another five years would do to this

August 11, 2002 - This wine is unique. It has a spicy nose. It is dense and viscous. Honey flavors and oaky. It had a long finish but I found it hot. Not my style. 85.
