Community Tasting Notes 1

June 23, 2011 - This is a nice bottle of wine. I know Gailliac meant to be rubbish but this is really good. Crunchy red fruit with depth and a darkness to it on the palate that points towards more sinister and lingering liquorice finish. In a blind tasting I would swear this is was a top end south african cab blend. Chocolate and pepper on the finish. Nice. For £12 a bargain.
