Community Tasting Notes 4

February 28, 2013 - Ripe white peach on the nose, along with limestone and some fresh sea breeze. Creamy body, tangy acid, and lots of white peach and lemon curd flavors. Hints of limestone and sea salt linger onto the finish. More plump and ripe fruit than I was expecting, less in the way of high minerality. Still nice though.
