December 20, 2014 - Strong cherry nose, typical Merlot flavor but I expected a more full body. Color was a bit thin but taste was still consistent throughout with no bite.

September 1, 2013 - Blackberry bouquet and nice deep color. Smooth taste and medium sweet with a nice sweet finish that I'd expect from a Merlot. Aging nicely.

March 6, 2013 - Hints of blackberry and plum aroma. Nice balance with medium finish. Good daily wine.

    December 23, 2011 - Final Glass Update -----
Tonight, I really needed a drink...:) Things are not going well this Christmas with health in the extended family...thus, I am melancholy...did I notice anything new tonight? Yes. I got a more floral nose...i.e., I got the smell of rose flowers...just a bit. Upon tasting, though, while not as thin as it tasted the first night, it still doesn't seem as full as I would expect. Again, the Gann beats this one easily in my mind. I will raise it to 80, and decided I llike it well enough, though as it did improve a bit. How's that for a Merry Christmas!
