March 14, 2020 - Dark garnet in glass, slightly cloudy. Sour berries, leafy wet moss. Palate is a little flat, considering the promise of the nose, savoury with ashy leather. Good development, rustic and time to drink up.

June 8, 2018 - Dark ruby-garnet, brick rim. Leafy mulchy nose, late fruits, dried figs, hawflakes, ashy earth. Dark fruit, chewy tannin, bright acidity, rustic and earthy. Pleasant sweet orange peel with time, musty sousbois, and pleasant, if slightly rough finish, with a light, bright twist of wood spice. Interesting and pleasant enough.
