September 14, 2014 - White yellow; lean nose, acidity, wet rock; a bit sharp and sweet at the same time, well balanced overall, a bit light with underlying sweetness and a little fatness; good

June 25, 2014 - Very impressed with this village wine! Nose is mainly apple and herbals, remind me somehow of furmint. Good acidity, mineral, apple and lemon. Refreshing wine that makes you come back on it. Pretty long finish.
This is very good in its own, I've tasted many 1er cru that weren't at this level, now I look forward to Fevre GC!

June 15, 2014 - This humble Chablis has benefitted from a couple of years in the cellar. It has come together and settled in. It's very classic with touches of green apples smashed against salty fossils. It's very pure, lovely acidity and good fruit with a fine intensity. Not mindblowing, but elegant, eloquent and very good.

February 11, 2014 - As before. Impressive for village. Crisp, clean, good fruit and acidity.

November 27, 2013 - Opened a magnum of this for the white wine drinkers at Duck Taco Night. Had a half glass to see if it was any good. It is!

I could leave it at that, but here's more: I don't drink chardonnay often, but when I do, I drink Chablis. And this is what I think of when I think of Chablis: crisp, minerally, layers of fruit flavors but not the tropical or heavy ones---white citrus, apple, lemon chiffon. This doesn't disappoint. Wife said, "What are we going to do with two magnums of chardonnay?" I wish I had bought more.
