    March 23, 2021 - This is amazing at it’s age. CellarTracker, of course, says it’s drinking window passed about 10 years ago!
    Good acid, some kind of umami taste on the center of the tongue, wish I had more !
    Ate with a big salad with 1000 island dressing. Lump crab, and salmon filet.
