November 26, 2015 - Served with the turkey on Thanksgiving. Magnum, decanted shortly before serving. Drinking really well. Great fruit and structure. A beautiful expression of Russian River pinot.

March 29, 2012 - Aromas of raspberry, milk chocolate, vanilla and some emerging mushroom. Still fresh and vibrant on palate with slightly sweet raspberry and strawberry, hints of Asian spice and some background earthy flavors. Very good acidity and supporting structure, this is impressively fresh for almost any California Pinot Noir.

July 19, 2006 - This wine has a very pretty savoy terrior stamp of approval on the nose and is taking on secondary notes of earth, light trace of shrooms, and obvious red fruit. The texture is smooth in the mouth with a medium body. Acidity is there which holds everything in balance and not a trace of heat is smelled nor tasted. There is still plenty of life ahead of this bottling. Brilliant.
