September 25, 2013 - Quite fruity though not overbearing - apples and pears. Fairly easy drink esp w/ food - the tarragon comment makes a lot of sense.

September 1, 2013 - Lush. Passion fruit. Great with grilled lobster and particularly striking affinity with tarragon.

April 20, 2013 - Lighter nose of stone and petrol and lime aromas. Some hints of spring flowers. Dry and delicious. Always enjoy this wine. Nice spice and mineral notes with wonderful texture, good structure with flavors of pear, lychee and lime zest.

October 4, 2012 - For under $15, a great quality dry Riesling imported by Pasternak.

    Pale yellow color.
Nose of white blossom, (not overbearing) apple, asian pear.
In the Mouth its bright, and clean, with good fruit, and good acidity, touch of minerality. I'd pair it with food to to enjoy even further,
grilled fare, salads, roast chicken, some pasta dishes.

A good everyday drinking wine for the price.

May 5, 2012 - A solid dry Alsatian riesling, this was fresh and lively in a way that the entry level bottlings from Alsace rarely are - worth the extra $ in my opinion for this reserve. Like the cremants, this bottling furthers my feeling that this is one of my favorite value producers in the region.

March 11, 2012 - A really nice, classic Alsatian Riesling. Crisp yet fruity. A very good price. Must look for this again.

February 6, 2012 - color: faint yellow; nose: Stayman apple x Bartlett pear; taste: bright flinty apple taste, no sweetness, clean mineral short-duration finish; overall: this wine reminds me of Meryl Streep -- gutsy, focused, versatile, surprising, and charming -- and good either by itself or paired with food (chicken florentine, in our case), decent QPR ($13) and worth buying more of.
