November 19, 2023 - Really well developed champagne, notes of toasted apple, lovely golden brown colour
September 22, 2023 - Really nice, crisp and fresh like I would expect from
Blanc de blanc. But as it opens the denser or more fruit forward notes of the red varietals comes through. Very enjoyable and a great expression of champagne.
50% Chardonnay / 45% Pinot noir / 5% Pinot Meunier
July 21, 2023 - Clear, light yellow. Remarkably fine, persistent bubble column. Rounded on the palate. Really well balanced. Light “brown” toast. Lemon and citrus notes. Complex yet refreshing wine at this point in its life. Excellent. 93-94
July 5, 2023 - Wow, I had 4 bottle before, but I feel this 5th one tasted the best. still Vibrantly fresh. this can age and need to be patient

February 26, 2022 - Way too much on th me autolytic notes. Maybe bad phase. Maybe not my style. But I just don’t like it. Had a cristal before. There is no comparison.
